shipping policy

If your card selections are in stock, your order will be mailed within two business days.

If your card selections are not in stock, your order will be mailed as soon as the cards can be printed, typically within one week.

If you have chosen to customize a card, your order will be created and printed as soon as possible, usually within one week. After printing, they will be shipped within two business days.

We use USPS media mail for shipping, and we will notify you when your package has shipped.

return & exchange policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email and include a picture of the product.

If a card is defective (e.g., marred image, incorrect spelling), we will replace it free of charge or refund your money.
